A Yodel delivery driver was filmed dumping a customer’s package over her garden fence, smashing the pot inside.
The parcel, which contained a £104 Peony Faux Bamboo Plant in a terracotta pot bought from QVC, was delivered while the customer was walking her dog.
The video shows the large package being dangled over the back gate of the house in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, with the driver apparently trying to ease it down gently on October 10.

This is the plant pot ordered by the customer. But when she opened it it was smashed after the Yodel delivery driver had dumped it over her back fence
But the large brown box crashes to the ground and smashes the contents inside.
The customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, said ‘I’d taken the dog on a walk for around 20 minutes and when I got home there was no card or anything to tell me the parcel had been delivered.
‘Only when I looked out of the garden did I realise it had arrived. It was quite heavy so it was hard to bring it inside.
‘When I opened it it was completely smashed to bits. Then we watched on CCTV and saw he had just dropped it over the fence.
‘I was shocked. He tries to lower it down but when he cannot reach he just drops it. It’s funny because it’s so ridiculous. I just laughed.
‘I tweeted them and told them what happened but I do not feel like they have been helpful.’

The customer claims the delivery driver did not leave a note and instead she only realised the package had arrived when she saw it on the floor in her garden
The customer added ‘If given the choice, I wouldn’t use Yodel again.’
They have since been handed a full refund on the product.
Yesterday, a man told of his anger after he filmed a Yodel driver waiting outside his home for less than 20 seconds before claiming the package was refused.
The customer took to Twitter with his frustrations and shared a video of a large van stopping outside a home in Cumbria for several seconds before quickly driving away.
