Porn star Stormy Daniels is back performing at another Columbus strip club just one day after she was arrested for ‘smacking three undercover cops in the face with her breasts’.
Daniels had a ‘big grin on her face’ as her security ushered her into the Vanity Gentlemen’s Club from her tour bus around 11.15pm on Thursday. She declined to comment on her Wednesday arrest.
She performed a patriotic 20-minute strip tease, clad in red, white and blue, dancing to songs which included American Woman and ending with Tom Petty’s American Girl.

Men threw dollar bills at her as she bared her breasts, but she was careful not to physically interact with any of the punters. A host warned several times beforehand there would be ‘absolutely no touching.’
Daniels was arrested while performing at Sirens Gentleman’s Club on Wednesday in a police sting. She was accused of illegally rubbing undercover police officers’ faces against her bare breasts during her strip club performance.
Today, prosecutors dropped the charges, admitting they couldn’t be proved.
Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti is now demanding an investigation into the arrest and says some of the officers had social media pages that appeared to be very much in favor of President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly denied having an affair with Daniels.
Columbus police say the officers’ motivations will be reviewed internally.
Stormy Daniels , 40, was arrested at an Ohio strip club overnight but has had the charges – three misdemeanor counts of illegal sexually oriented activity – dropped
Chief of police Kim Jacobs admitted the arrest was a mistake and told TMZ ‘While the presence of Vice officers at this establishment is reasonable, the motivations behind the officers’ actions will be reviewed internally.’
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor illegal sexually oriented activity for her treatment of three police officers at Sirens in the early hours of the morning.
In the afternoon, prosecutors moved to dismiss the charges after her lawyer dubbed the entire incident a ‘politically motivated sting’.
While it is illegal for performers or employees in businesses across Ohio to touch patrons, even if they are strippers, Daniels was let off the hook because she is not a regular performer at the club.
After the case was dismissed, Avenatti said he was ‘pleased’ with the outcome.
Stormy tweeted later to say that she was outraged the other two women are still facing prosecution.
‘Saddened to hear the other 2 dancers arrested with me last night did not have their charges dropped.
‘All tips from my stage performance tonight at Sirens in Columbus will go towards their legal fees. Come support the working women of this city,’ she wrote, adding the hashtag ‘Let Us Survive’.
Stormy’s lawyer Michael Avenatti celebrated the result on Thursday on Twitter
In their motion to dismiss the charges, Columbus City Attorneys argued that because Daniels was not a regular performer at the club, she did not meet all the requirements to breach the Ohio law
Brittany Walters (left), 20, was arrested for allegedly rubbing her bare breasts in a female officer’s face and fondling the same officer’s own breasts. Miranda Panda, 26, (right) was arrested for touching the bare buttocks of a waitress in the club in front of the officers
Charging documents released on Thursday revealed that the dancer was taken into custody along with two other strippers – Brittany Walters and Miranda Panda – after performing at the Sirens nightclub in Columbus.
Walters was arrested for ‘her bare breasts across the face’ of one of the officers and ‘fondling’ the same officer’s own breasts.
Panda, whose real name is Miranda Glass, was arrested for rubbing a waitress in the bar’s bare buttocks while they asked the four officers for their drink order.
Daniels was arrested for ‘smacking’ three undercover police officers with her bare breasts and forcing their faces between her cleavage.
Two of the officers were female and one was male. The alarm was raised not by any of them but by Detective Rosser, a fourth officer, who was watching the action from the bar.
Daniels and the two other women were arrested for Illegal Sexual Oriented Activity, a law which states that anyone operating in a business cannot be fully nude and cannot have physical interaction with patrons.
It is a law that is uncommonly invoked but has been the focus of probes by the Ohio Investigation Unit in the past.

Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti insists that she is the victim of a politically motivated sting and that the entire debacle was set-up to put her behind bars.
In an interview with MSNBC on Thursday, he said the officers asked if they could put their faces between her breasts.
‘So she was there for her performance and unbeknownst to her, the police had set up a sting operation within the strip club with multiple officers enduring her performance.
‘They asked her if they could place their face in between her breasts while she was performing on stage,’ he said.
Columbus Police Department say it was part of a months-long investigation into strip clubs in the city.
‘Long term investigation into allegations of human trafficking, prostitution, along with other vice related violations, Columbus Police arrested three individuals from Club Sirens.
‘All three were charged with Illegal Sexually Oriented Activity in a Sexually Oriented Business. Clifford received a total of three counts of the same violation for illegally touching three different undercover Vice detectives,’ it said in a statement.
She was arrested after a customer touched her in a non sexual way in what her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, says was a ‘sting’
Avenatti is representing her in her fight against President Trump who she claims to have slept with in 2006 and who she alleges paid her, through his lawyer Michael Cohen, to keep quiet about it when he ran for president in 2016.
He believes her arrest was set-up.
‘It just seems absurd to me that this is something that would require this amount of resources and would result in the arrest of my client,’ he said.
The charging document from Wednesday night’s arrest describes how the events unfolded.
At 11.30pm, Stormy hit the stage and, it says, the ‘majority’ of patrons in the bar got up from their tables to be near her.
‘The majority of of the patrons got up from their tables and stood adjacent to the stage throwing dollar bills at Ms. Clifford.
‘During her performance after removing her top, exposing her breasts, she began forcing the faces of the patrons into her chest and using her bare breasts to smack the patrons.
‘The officers also observed Ms. Clifford fondling the breasts of female patrons,’ it reads.
The officers who were allegedly victimized by her were Mary Praither, Shana Keckley and a male detective known as Detective Lancaster whose full name is not yet known.

They were watching Stormy perform her act on others in the bar and walked towards her when they saw her allegedly flouting the law.
Ohio passed a law in 2007 which prohibits patrons touching performers at a sexually-oriented business anywhere on the premises or in the parking lot, or a performer touching a patron.
Unaware that they were police officers, she then performed it on them, the document claims.
‘As soon as the officers observed the aforementioned criminal activity, Detective Lancaster, Detective Keckley and Ofc. Praither approached the stage.
‘Ms. Clifford made her way over to Det. Keckley and began performing in front of her.
‘Ms Clifford learned over, grabbed Detective Keckley’s head and began smacking her face with her bare breasts and holding her face between her breasts against her chest.
Michael Avenatti says he will help Daniels fight any ‘bogus charges’
‘Ms. Clifford then made her way over to Det. Lancaster and performed the same acts on him forcing his chest between her breasts and began smacking his face with her bare breasts.
‘Ms Clifford then moved down the stage where Ofc. Praither was standing and began fondling Ofc Praither’s buttock and breasts.
‘She then forced Ofc Praither’s head into her chest between her breasts and began smacking Ofc Praither’s face with her bare breasts as she had done with all the other patrons and aforementioned officers.’
Detective Rosser, who was standing at the back of the bar, watched it all. He then made his way to the other police officers to tell them that they he was calling for back-up to arrest Stormy and the two other strippers.
On Wednesday, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office tweeted Daniels’ mugshot. They have not yet shared Walters’ or Panda’s.
The Columbus Police Department did not respond to DailyMail.com’s inquiries about the other women’s arrests on Thursday morning.
Daniels entered a not guilty plea on Thursday morning and was released on a $6,000 bond.
Her lawyer said the entire thing was a ‘ridiculous waste of police resources’. He alleges that she ‘allowed’ others to touch her first and that this was why she was arrested.
‘My client Stormy Daniels was arrested in Columbus, Ohio, while performing the same act she has performed across the nation at nearly a hundred clubs.
‘This was a setup and politically motivated. It reeks of desperation. We will fight all bogus charges,’ he tweeted.
Later, he told DailyMail.com ‘A customer touched her in a non-sexual manner and she was subsequently arrested for allowing the customer to touch her in a non-sexual manner.’
Avenatti later released a statement from his client.
‘As a result of what happened last night, I will unfortunately be unable to go forward with tonight’s scheduled performance. I deeply apologize to my fans in Columbus,’ Daniels said.
Dailymail.com reached out to Sirens, which refused to comment.
When asked about the arrest, a member of staff told us ‘no comment’ before hanging up.
Daniels has been embroiled in a lawsuit with the president since early March, to get out of a non-disclosure agreement relating to an alleged affair she had with him in 2006.
She is hoping to have the non-disclosure agreement thrown out on the grounds it is invalid because Trump never signed it.
A defamation lawsuit was also filed in April, alleging the President tried to tarnish her reputation and credibility by dismissing her claim a man threatened her in 2011, when she was ready to go public about her alleged affair with Trump.
